  What a wonderful stay. The staff were the most helpful and friendliest I have ever experienced. The breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. Hopefully when they are finished with construction to expand they will keep the great service. The beds were a little lumpy , but not bad.

  I'm not too picky, just needed an affordable place to crash for the night and this place did the trick. It is easily accessible and the staff were friendly and service was quick. Breakfast was pretty good (eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, toast, cereal, bagels....) Internet access was fine although the wire didn't reach far. I liked the parking, especially after staying at Dolce where it was a 1/4 mile hike up a hill to get to my car. The bed isn't particularly comfortable and the rooms smell a little at first. I guess smokers just don't give a damn whether it's a smoking room or not so the rooms have a smokey smell. Kids looked to be having fun in the pool. The exercise room is a joke - a treadmill and a rower and a bike stuffed into a bedroom.

  I had been at the best western close to the mall to get an autograph at bc sports from a forner phillie. front desk honored request to hold bag so ...

  I had been at the Best Western close to the mall to get an autograph at BC Sports from a forner Phillie. Front desk honored request to hold bag so didn't have to carry them going above and doing something otherwise may not do. The room was great and to my surprise there was a refridgerator that wasn't mentioned in room discription.

  The room was pretty, with high ceilings, but the bathroom fell short of expectations. there were small stains on the towels and gross stuff on the shower curtain. the staff ...

  The room was pretty, with high ceilings, but the bathroom fell short of expectations. There were small stains on the towels and gross stuff on the shower curtain. The staff was wonderful. The parking lot was extremely hard to get in and out of and the breakfast intthe morning wasn't great. There was a balcony, but no chairs out there. Good hotel, but needs improvement on a few things.
