Booked this hotel Sept 17 thru 19, 2009. Hotel looks great from the outside. What a pity,for some reason there is no proper upkeep or maintenance on the inside rooms. Room given was not cleaned. Dirty towels hanging on rod in closet. Food in refrigerator. Shower did not work, tub stopper was out and not working. Roach motel visible in bathroom along with toilet plunger. I'm feeling sheets were not even changed since I have been dealing with bed bugs since this ordeal. My skin has been itching constantly and can't seem to get them out of my apartment. I am 67 and do not normally stay at a hotel, and haven't for quite a while so I know that this is where they came from. I complained to the management the next morning and they did give me a new room, but no apology at all. I have stayed next door at Sleep Inn and it was enjoyable,

worst place ever. Bathroom was disgusting had not been cleaned. Toilet was gross. Mold on shower curtain. room was Non Smoking, and smelled horrible, must have been a smoking room at one point. My clothing smelled awful after staying 1 night. Checked out early could not take 1 more night.

No weekend maid service; front desk vacant most of the weekend; fair location only if you are not planning to stay in the hotel other than to sleep - even then not more for a day or two. Wasn't quite a dive, but give it some time and it will be.

Overall facility was "OK". The tub in bathroom could have been cleaner, Kleenex box was spare with tissues, glad I had enough of my own to use. For a traveler needing a place close to Valley Forge it is an OK place to stay for a short period of time. I personally would not want a long stay at this particular facility. It was alright for one night. I would not choose this location for future stays.
